Discuss i’d: YES I CAN

Well, I was eagerly waiting for this day to come. Now finally I can call myself as ‘RBI ASSISTANT’. I would like to share my whole journey which took place around 3 years ago. I completed my BE(E&TC) in 2013. After completion of my graduation i started preparing for MPSC till sept 2014. But soon I realised that the number of vaccancies in banking sector are more as compared to MPSC, so i decided to prepare for bank exams. Soon i had my IBPS PO exam on oct 2014. So here are the following exams I had given but could not make into the final list. Total I have given 50+ exams …

Some of these are:

1)IBPS PO 2014- Marks 68(cutoff 82)
2)RRB Clerk 2014
3)IBPS Clerk 2014- marks 110(cutoff 88) could not get into final list
4)SbI associate clerk 2015
5)All insurance assistant exams 2015
6)SBI PO 2015- Could not clear pre
7)Sbi clerk 2015
8)LiC ADO 2015- given interview but not selected
9)RBI Assistant 2015
10)RRB Scale 1
11) RRb clerk 2015- marks 133(cutoff 118) could not make into final list
12)IBPS PO 2015- marks 82 (cutoff 76) could not make into final list
13)IBPS clerk 2015- marks 127(cutoff 133)
14)LIC AAo 2015- marks 240(cutoff 255)
15)SBI JA 2016- missed by 1.75 marks
16)IBPS PO 2016- out in mains
17)RRB scale 1- Given interview(Result awaited)
18)RRB clerk 2016- attempts 171(result awaited)
19)IBPS clerk 2016- attempts 114(result awaited)
20)IPPB- out in pre
21) RBI assistant 2016
RBI ASSISTANT nailed it finally.

Some Strategies/Books I would like to share with u all….

1)General Awareness

GA k liye start mai me Affairs cloud k daily current affairs roj pdta tha. then GKtoday monthly pdf.. and last mai AC final exam capsule.

For banking Awareness…Koi bhi 2 sites se banking pdf pdlo. eg. AC, banking mantras, gktoday bankers junction pdf, bank king pdf

2)English

Frankly speaking I am not good at English. But I used to read newspapers and live quizes from banking mantras website which helped me a lot to score better in english. The book I refered was S.P Bakshi.

3)Reasoning

This is my strongest section as I would score better in this section. In fact I attempted 40/40 in reasoning section for RBI assistant exam. I practiced puzzles a lot from AC, BM and other pdfs. MK pandey book is good for analytical Reasoning.

4)Qunatitative Aptitude:

Initially R.S agarwal is good for clearing basics. If your basics are clear then no need of this book. Then i slowly shifted to Mtyra, fastrack by Rajesh verma. Sarvesh Verma (Cat book) is also the best one. But I would like to suggest you all to use only a single book and practice it alot instead of practicing from 2-3 books.

5)Computer- Books I had prefered were Arihant and lucent publications.

Last but not least, Speed test for me was like cherry on the cake during my preparation time. The speed test I would like you all to recommend is Practice Mock and Olive board.

Lastly, I would like to thank my parents who supported me a lot during my ups and downs, my sister’s, my friends especially Abhishek sir, Bhavna mam, my Roommates, Hacker bhai, Khushbu mam, Gracious, Farooque, Yashwant, Sachin kadam, Praveen, katherine Pierce, Divyanshi mam, AC and BM family.Sorry if someone’s name is missed. Thank you everyone once again for supporting me whole heartedly.

Friends…………….

Never ever give up on a dream because of the time it will take to accomplish it..The time will pass any way.

All the best for your upcoming exams and NEVER EVER GIVE UP UNTILL THE GOAL IS NOT REACHED

Thank you

We are happy that we could also become a part of your this journey. All the best Sunil from AC team team for your future. Keep rocking 🙂
