SBI PO 2019 Success Story by Abhishek Khandelwal

Hello Everyone,

Before telling my story I specially want to thank Affairs Cloud Team for providing best materials of Current affairs (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) and Banking awareness Monthly Capsule. It helps me a lot in every mains exam and also boost my knowledge.

I am Abhishek Dhamani, I started my preparation after completing my graduation in 2016 with Electrical Engineering. At that time I had two choice either go for PSU exams (Gate) or go for other exams (Banks or SSC). I chose Banking sector as it has more opportunity and transparency compare to other exams. The other reason to choose banking exams as the examination pattern of banking exam is not that much vast than other exams.Success-Story

After starting my preparation in this sector SBI PO 2016 was my first attempt without any preparation and in that attempt I got only 29 marks in preliminary exam. Then day by day I got to know many things during my coaching classes about the banking exams and from many other websites. I appeared SBI and IBPS 2016 exams but in my first attempt I hadn’t cleared even a Single exam at that time. But Experience start with Failure.

Every Failure gave me more confidence to crack next exam and then the journey started…

Then I started preparation my own and speculated every exam where I was lagging, where I have to cover, which subjects I have to target from where I have to read etc.

In 2017, I sat for so many exams

IBPS RRB PO – Preliminary – out

IBPS RRB Clerk – Pre – In, Mains – Out

UIIC – Pre – In, Mains – Out

IBPS PO & CLREK – Prelims Out.

IBPS Clerk 2017 preliminary failure was most disheartening moment for me, and that’s the moment when I said to myself “Bas Ab Bohot Hua, Aakhir Tum Mujhko Kab Tak Rokoge”.

In 2018, I again started preparation with full of my energy, I examined my accuracy and speed which is the most important part of a banking exam.

Canara Bank exam – 2018 – out

BOB Po (PGDBF) – 2018 – In but after final round of Interview – out

SBI PO – Prelims – out – by a margin of (0.25)

SBI CLERK – Prelims- In , Mains – out ( By a huge margin of 5 Marks)

IDBI Executive – In- After waiting list cleared (Started job in December 2018)

IBPS RRB PO – Mains – in (Waiting list)

IBPS RRB CLERK – Mains – out by 2 marks

IBPS PO – Out after Final round of Interview

ESIC SSO Out in Mains – (Individual cut off) – (IBPS Clerk Not appeared as both exam on same date).

After Working as an Executive in IDBI bank for 4 months in April Month I resigned from that post due to some unforeseen circumstances.

In 2019 May, Again started preparation…But this time it was not easy for me as too much pressure on me.

LIC AAO – Mains Out

IBPS RRB PO – Mains Result Pending

SBI Clerk – Mains Result Pending

ESIC UDC Final result Pending

SBI PO 2019 – Finally IN…It was the first exam in banking sector for me and the last one too :P

It was a great journey and in the end I got it.

I thank each & every person in my life for always motivating me and help me at all odds.

Lastly, Never Believe in luck, I believe in my work…. As nothing is Impossible.
