Haryana CM Khattar unveiled five e-initiatives, including Lokayukta portal

On December 25, 2019 the Chief Minister(CM) of Haryana Shri Manohar Lal Khattar launched 5 new e-initiatives, including Lokayukta portal and  42 new schemes and services on the Saral portal, at the State-level Good Governance programme marking the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister(PM) Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The remaining 3 initiatives were websites of all 22 districts in the state, integration of 91 Tehsils (administrative areas) to Web Helris and digital map of village Sirsi (district Karnal) to make the village free from Lal Dora.28-Manohar-Lal-Khattar.jpg.image.300.1765 new initiatives in brief:

i.The year 2020 will be observed as “Susashan Sankalp Varsh”. Reforms in governance will be invited from people in the state. A website will also be created in this regard.

ii.3 awards types announced:
3 categories of award will be given to  outstanding employees. These include 3 awards within the department, 3 from all offices in each district and 3 at state level.

  • Overall 500 awards will be given in the state on the next national Good Governance Day(GGD) in December 25, 2020.

iii.Digilocker made: To keep the certificates and other important files of employees, the govt has created digilockers.

iv.Lokayukta Portal: This portal was created to accept complaints or grievances, marking of complaints or grievances, enquiry of complaints, disposal of complaints, finalisation of complaints etc.

v.Web-Helris: It is a web-enabled integrated solution for deed registration and land record management. It provides the facility such as deed registration, mutation, issuing of copies of records and rights and integration with internal and external entities.

  • The project has been implemented by Survey of India (SOI) by mapping rural urban and abadi deh areas.

vi.The pilot project of Sirsi village has been completed for the rural and abadi deh areas and field verification of Sirsi work has been done thus the village became the first village in the state to become ‘Lal Dora free’.

vii.22 district websites creation: The websites were created using secure, scalable and sugamya platform.

viii.Additional 42 services on Saral portal: With these additional services, the total services in the portal reached 527. They pertain services to 38 departments, boards and corporations are being provided to the citizens through more than 6,000 Atal Seva Kendras and 115 Antyodaya Kendras throughout the state.
