Yan Bingtao – Youngest Player to Win World Snooker Title

Yan Bingtao, the 14-year-old player from China, has created history by becoming the youngest player to win the men’s title in the IBSF WorldSnooker Championship. He defeated Pakistan’s Muhammad Sajjad 8-7 in the final match held in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Yan Bingtao scripted a sensational upset as he sent 12-time world title holder Pankaj Advani packing with a 6-4 victory in the quarter-finals of the Seaways IBSF World Snooker Championship.
