INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE

When my name was called.. I went to door asked them “May i come in”… I wished them. There were 1 lady interviewer and  3 male interviewers. They told me to sit…

First question was…..”From where do you belong?”

Me: Answered

M1: Tell me something about yourself.

Me: Answered

Then one of them asked why did you get less marks in B.Tech. as compared to 10th and 12th?

Me: Answered. (He was convinced by my answer).

Then he praised me for my marks in 10th and 12th and asked about my college from where I did my Graduation as it was also in Lucknow.

M2: What do you know about RRBs?

I told them everything  with dates ..(1st bank …Year of establishment…Their motive etc.)

The one who asked the question said .. “very good”

M2: Tell me about kisan credit card.

Me: I told him A to Z about kisan credit card. Again he said “very good”.

M3: Tell me some schemes that banks have started recently.

I answered (Jandhan, Sukanya samridhi, Kisan vikas patra and described them)

M2: Have you appeared for insurance sector exams?

Me: No sir, I only give bank exams…..

F: What is clean note policy?

Me: I remained silent for 3-4 second then told her politely “Sorry mam I have never heard about this”.

F: What can you do to make notes’ life longer?

Me: Mam, We should not write on the notes. We should not staple them. We should not put ink over them.

F: The same things are recommended under clean note policy. I said “Thank you mam”.

M2: What are negotiable instruments?

Me: I answered but not with much perfection…

Then he explained me….

We had a long conversation about family , college , hometown etc………..
Thank you….
