1. Sabotage – तोड़-फोड़

Meaning – deliberately destroy, damage, or obstruct (something), especially for political or military advantage.

Synonyms – wreck, deliberately damage, vandalize, destroy, obstruct, disrupt, cripple, impair, incapacitate.

Usage – “power lines from South Africa were sabotaged by rebel forces”

2. Stagnant – गतिहीन

Meaning – (of a body of water or the atmosphere of a confined space) having no current or flow and often having an unpleasant smell as a consequence.

Synonyms – still, motionless, immobile, inert, lifeless, dead, standing, slack, static, stationary; foul, stale, dirty, filthy, putrid, putrefied, brackish.

Usage – “a stagnant ditch”

3. Arbitration – मध्यस्थता

Meaning – the use of an arbitrator to settle a dispute.

Synonyms – adjudication, mediation, mediatorship, negotiation, conciliation, intervention, interceding, interposition, peacemaking; judgement; rarearbitrament.

Usage – “Tayside Regional Council called for arbitration to settle the dispute”

4. Synergism – योगवाहिता

Meaning – the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects.

Usage – “the synergy between artist and record company”

5. Sordid – घिनौना

Meaning – involving immoral or dishonourable actions and motives; arousing moral distaste and contempt.

Synonyms – sleazy, seedy, seamy, unsavoury, shoddy, vile, foul, tawdry, louche, cheap, base, low, low-minded, debased, degenerate, corrupt, dishonest, dishonourable, disreputable, despicable, discreditable, contemptible, ignominious, ignoble, shameful, wretched, abhorrent, abominable, disgusting; informalsleazoid.

Usage – “the story paints a sordid picture of bribes and scams”

6. Bestowed – कोताही

Meaning – confer or present (an honour, right, or gift).

Synonyms – confer on, present to, award to, give, grant, vouchsafe, accord to, afford to; vest in, invest in; bequeath to, donate to; allot to, assign to, consign to, apportion to, distribute to, impart to, entrust to, commit to; lavish on, heap on.

Usage – “the office was bestowed on him by the monarch of this realm”

7. Tantrum – गुस्से का आवेश

Meaning – an uncontrolled outburst of anger and frustration, typically in a young child.

Synonyms – fit of temper, fit of rage, fit of pique, fit, outburst, flare-up, blow-up, pet, paroxysm, frenzy, bad mood, mood, huff, scene; informalpaddy, wax, wobbly; informalbate; informalblowout, hissy fit; shit fit.

Usage – “he has temper tantrums if he can’t get his own way”

8. Trailblazer – इन्नोवेटर

Meaning – a person who makes a new track through wild country and a person who is the first to do something; an innovator.

Usage – “he was a trailblazer for many ideas that are now standard fare”

9. Imbibed – आत्मसात

Meaning – drink (alcohol).

Synonyms – drink, consume, sup, sip, quaff, swallow, down, guzzle, gulp (down), swill, lap, slurp; informalswig, knock back, sink; informalneck; informalchug.

Usage – “they were imbibing far too many pitchers of beer”

10. Plethora – बहुतायत

Meaning – a large or excessive amount of something.

Usage – “a plethora of committees and subcommittees”
