  1. Impinge – टकराना

Meaning –have an effect, especially a negative one.

Synonyms – affect, have an effect on, have a bearing on, touch, influence, exert influence on etc.

Usage – “several factors impinge on market efficiency”

2. Efficacy – प्रभावोत्पादकता

Meaning – the ability to produce a desired or intended result.

Usage – “there is little information on the efficacy of this treatment”

3. Benign – सौम्य

Meaning – gentle and kind.

Synonyms – kindly, kind, warm-hearted, good-natured, friendly, warm, affectionate, agreeable, amiable, good-humoured, genial, congenial, cordial, approachable, tender, tender-hearted, soft-hearted, gentle, sympathetic, compassionate, caring, considerate, thoughtful, helpful, well disposed, obliging, accommodating, generous, big-hearted, unselfish, benevolent, gracious, liberal, indulgent; rarebenignant.

4. Rebound – प्रतिक्षेप

Meaning – bounce back through the air after hitting something hard.

Synonyms – bounce, bounce back, spring back, ricochet, boomerang, glance, recoil; carom; rareresile.

Usage – “his shot hammered into the post and rebounded across the goal”

5. Scribble – घसीटना

Meaning – write or draw (something) carelessly or hurriedly.

Synonyms – write hurriedly, write untidily, write illegibly, scratch, scrawl, doodle, dash off, jot.

Usage – “he took the clipboard and scribbled something illegible”

6. Manoeuvre –  कुशलता

Meaning – a movement or series of moves requiring skill and care.

Synonyms – operation, exercise, activity, move, movement, action

Usage – “snowboarders performed daring manoeuvres on precipitous slopes”

7. Proponents – समर्थकों

Meaning – a person who advocates a theory, proposal, or course of action.

Synonyms – advocate, supporter, upholder, exponent, promoter, adherent, endorser, champion, defender, backer, subscriber, patron, espouser, friend, apostle, apologist, pleader, proposer, propounder, spokesperson, spokesman, spokeswoman; enthusiast, propagandist

8. Elite – अभिजात वर्ग

Meaning – a select group that is superior in terms of ability or qualities to the rest of a group or society.

Synonyms – best, pick, cream, flower, nonpareil, elect; aristocracy, nobility, gentry, upper class, privileged class, first class, establishment; high society, jet set, beautiful people; bhadralok; beau monde, haut monde, crème de la crème, A-list; informalfour hundred.

Usage – “the elite of Britain’s armed forces”

9. Venture – साहस करना

Meaning – a risky or daring journey or undertaking.

Usage – “pioneering ventures into little-known waters”

10. Felonious – दुष्ट

Meaning –  relating to or involved in crime.

Usage – “they turned their felonious talents to the smuggling trade”.
