1. Berserk – निडर

Meaning – out of control with anger or excitement; wild or frenzied.

Synonyms – mad, crazy, insane, out of one’s mind, hysterical, beside oneself, frenzied, crazed, demented, maniacal, manic, frantic, wound up, worked up, raving, wild; enraged, raging, out of control, uncontrollable, amok, on the rampage; informaloff one’s head, up the wall, through the roof, off the deep end, ape, bananas, bonkers, mental, barmy, nutty, nuts, bats, batty.

Usage – a man went berserk with an arsenal of guns.

2. Surreptitious – छल से किया हुआ

Meaning – kept secret, especially because it would not be approved of.

Synonyms – secret, stealthy, clandestine, secretive, sneaky, sly, furtive, concealed, hidden, undercover, covert, veiled, under the table, cloak-and-dagger, backstair, indirect; black.

Usage – low wages were supplemented by surreptitious payments from tradesmen.

3. Bereave – वंचित करना

Meaning – be deprived of a close relation or friend through their death.

Synonyms – deprive, dispossess, rob, divest, strip.

Usage – she had recently been bereaved.

4. Mercurial – अस्थिर

Meaning – subject to sudden or unpredictable changes of mood or mind.

Synonyms – volatile, capricious, temperamental, excitable, fickle, changeable, unpredictable, variable, protean, mutable, erratic, quicksilver, inconstant, inconsistent, unstable, unsteady, fluctuating, ever-changing, kaleidoscopic, fluid, wavering, vacillating, moody, flighty, wayward, whimsical, giddy, impulsive.

Usage – his mercurial temperament.

5. Bumptious – अक्खड़

Meaning – irritatingly self-assertive.

Synonyms – self-important, conceited, arrogant, self-assertive, full of oneself, puffed up, swollen-headed, pompous, overbearing, (self-)opinionated, cocky, swaggering, strutting, presumptuous, forward, imperious, domineering, pontificating, sententious, grandiose, affected, stiff, vain, haughty, overweening, proud, egotistic, egotistical; supercilious, condescending, patronizing; informalsnooty, uppity, uppish.

Usage – an impossibly bumptious and opinionated ass.

6. Hone – प्रखर करना

Meaning – sharpen (a blade).

Synonyms – sharpen, make sharper, make sharp, whet, strop, grind, file, put an edge on.

Usage – “he was carefully honing the curved blade.

7. Decipher – पढ़ना

Meaning – convert (a text written in code, or a coded signal) into normal language.

Synonyms – decode, decrypt, break, work out, solve, interpret, translate, construe, explain; make sense of, make head or tail of, get to the bottom of, unravel, find the key to, find the answer to, throw light on.

Usage – he was the only one who could decipher the code.

8. Assuage – शांत करना

Meaning – make (an unpleasant feeling) less intense.

Synonyms – relieve, ease, alleviate, soothe, mitigate, dampen, allay, calm, palliate, abate, lull, temper, suppress, smother, stifle, subdue, tranquillize, mollify, moderate, modify, tone down, attenuate, dilute, lessen, diminish, decrease, reduce, lower.

Usage – the letter assuaged the fears of most members.

9. Deform – ख़राब करना

Meaning – distort the shape or form of; make misshapen.

Synonyms – make misshapen, distort the shape of, disfigure, bend out of shape, misshape, contort, buckle, twist, warp, damage, impair, maim, injure.

Usage – he was physically deformed by a rare bone disease.

10. Elongate – लम्बी

Meaning – make (something) longer, especially unusually so in relation to its width.

Synonyms – lengthen, stretch out, make longer, extend, broaden, widen, enlarge.

Usage – a slender, elongated neck.
