1. Venial – क्षम्य
Meaning – (of a fault or offence) slight and pardonable.
Synonyms – pardonable, forgivable, excusable, condonable, tolerable, permissible, allowable, understandable, justifiable; slight, minor, unimportant, insignificant, trivial, trifling, not serious, all right, within accepted bounds.
Usage – he had compounded a number of venial failings with the mortal sin of adultery.
2. Harangue – भाषण
Meaning – a lengthy and aggressive speech.
Synonyms – tirade, lecture, diatribe, homily, polemic, rant, fulmination, broadside, verbal attack, verbal onslaught, invective; criticism, berating, censure, admonition, reproval, admonishment; exhortation, declamation, oration, peroration, speech, talk, address; informalsermon, tongue-lashing, spiel, pep talk; rarephilippic, obloquy.

3. Beguile – मोहना
Meaning – charm or enchant (someone), often in a deceptive way.

4. Lambaste – कोड़े से मारना
Meaning – criticize (someone or something) harshly.

5. Motley – पंचमेल
Meaning – incongruously varied in appearance or character; disparate.

Usage – a motley crew of discontents and zealots
6. Surreptitious – छल से किया हुआ
Meaning – kept secret, especially because it would not be approved of.
Synonyms – secret, stealthy, clandestine, secretive, sneaky, sly, furtive, concealed, hidden, undercover, covert, veiled, under the table, cloak-and-dagger, backstair, indirect; black.
Usage – low wages were supplemented by surreptitious payments from tradesmen.
7. Bereave – वंचित करना
Meaning – be deprived of a close relation or friend through their death.
Synonyms – deprive, dispossess, rob, divest, strip.
Usage – she had recently been bereaved.
8. Hone – सान चढ़ाना
Meaning – sharpen (a blade).

9. Decry – दोष देना
Meaning – publicly denounce.
