- The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT-D) was the highest-ranked Indian university with a global rank of 28th, and the only Indian institute in the top 50. It was ranked 27th in 2021 rankings.
- IIT-Delhi followed by the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore(Bengaluru) at 58th and IIT Bombay(Mumbai) at 72 are the only Indian institutes among the top 100 on the list.

Basis of Assessment:
The higher education institutions are ranked by employability performance based on employers’ direct assessment. For 2022-23 edition 98,014 votes were incorporated from employers worldwide to reveal which universities are the best at preparing students for the workplace. First released in 2010, the GEURS ranking is for employability. It is the only university ranking based solely on the point of view of employers, and first most consulted ranking by international employers.
