sub-district level.<\/li>\n<li>Develop TORs for M&amp;E tasks to be carried out for consulting firms (e.g. the design of<br \/>\nsurveys, evaluations (mid quantitative and qualitative methods;<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for sourcing data and information for specific M&amp;E needs directly from<br \/>\nvarious databases and surveys.<\/li>\n<li>Review monitoring reports, analyze them for impact evaluation and to identify the causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation and make recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>May Develop innovative and creative media content across social media platforms and<br \/>\nmanage organizations\/department\u2019s social media presence<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Concept notes and proposals for submission to Govt Departments to generate technical support and work assignments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pay Scale:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>SBCC Coordinator Knowledge Management and M&amp;E: <strong><i class=\"icon inr\"><\/i> 55,000\/-<\/strong> per
