Dealing with references on HR-related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the functioning of the finance and accounts department.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate for financial policy formulation and ensure implementation of sanctioned<br \/>\npolicies in a time-bound manner, effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate activity-based initiative to drive cost control in IBPS.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that employees follow the Institute\u2019s Rules, policies and procedures by maintaining proper discipline.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Manage administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to<br \/>\nsupport the Institute\u2019s operations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure prompt and timely disposal of VIP references, Govt. references and<br \/>\ncommunication under RTI Act 2005.<\/li>\n<li>Overall supervision of the litigations, liaison with Advocate and follow up of court cases in coordination with Legal Dept.<\/li>\n<li>Any other work assigned by the Institute.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Pay Scale:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Division Head Administration: <strong><i class=\"icon inr\"><\/i> 1,45,000\/-<\/strong> per month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Age limit (as on 01\/01\/2020):<\/h3>\n<p>The upper age limit is <strong>61 years.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Educational Qualification:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should be completed Graduate \/ Post Graduate in any discipline.
