(5 % relaxation in minimum cut off will be given for SC \/ ST candidates<\/li>\n<li>And outstanding sports personnel of National level who have obtained Ist, IInd or IIIrd position in any field sports events at the Open National Championship \/ Inter-state<br \/>\nNational Championship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Selection Process:<\/h3>\n<p>The selection will be based on the<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Written Exam<\/li>\n<li>Physical Fitness Test<\/li>\n<li>Medical Examination.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Pattern for the Written Exam:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The written examination will be of objective type, which will generally cover subjects such as Maths, Physics, Basic Chemistry, Knowledge of English upto 12th standard, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Physical Fitness Test (PFT):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0 PFT will be conducted for all those who qualify for the written tests.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates undergoing PFT will do so at their own risk. All candidates are advised to be in possession of sport rig (Shoe, T-shirt, Trouser, etc).<\/p>\n<p>The PFT consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>20 Squat ups (Uthak Baithak).<\/li>\n<li>10 Push up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Application Fee:<\/h3>\n<p>There is no application fee.<\/p>\n<h3>How to Apply for Indian Coast Guard Navik Recruitment:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should apply through <strong>online.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The Name of the Candidate, Father and Mother&#8217;s name and Date of Birth should be mentioned as per <strong>10th<\/strong> class certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Filling up of information like personal <strong>email ID and Mobile number<\/strong> of the<br \/>\ncandidates are compulsory.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates have to upload the photograph and signature in <strong>.jpeg<\/strong> format<br \/>\n(image quality <strong>200 dpi<\/strong>).
