Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Graduate in any discipline with CAIIB and CS.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The CCO shall have an overall experience of at least 15 years in the banking or financial services <strong>(of which) <\/strong>minimum 5 years shall be in the Compliance \/ Audit \/ Finance \/ Legal \/ Risk Management functions in senior management level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Certified Banking Compliance Professional by IIBF is preferred.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">CA \/ MBA \/ Post Graduate degree or equivalent is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">2. Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Master\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering \/ Technology disciplines namely Computer\u00a0 Science \/ Information Technology \/ Electronics &amp; Telecommunication \/ Electrical or Master\u2019s in Computer Application (MCA) from a university \/ Institute recognised by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Candidate must have International Certifications like CISA \/ CISM \/ CISSP \/ CDPSE \/ CCSP etc.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The candidate should have an overall experience of at least 15 years in the area of IT\/Information Security <strong>(of which)<\/strong> 5 years should be in the area of managing or implementing Information Security \/ Cyber Security projects \/ activities. Experience\u00a0\u00a0 in<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Banking \/ Financial Sector will be preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">3. Chief Technology Officer<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Master\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering\/Technology disciplines namely Computer Science \/ Information Technology \/ Electronics &amp; Telecommunication \/ Electrical or Master\u2019s in Computer Application (MCA) from a university\/Institute recognised by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Candidate must have an overall experience of at least 15 years in IT related areas\/projects involving ERP \/ DC \/ DR Management (of which) 5 years should be at senior management level managing or implementing large IT projects.
