Post-graduation &amp; professional qualification shall be given additional weightage.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should have a minimum of <strong>3 years<\/strong> experience (for age not exceeding 28 years) in <strong>Audit \/ Accounts \/ Retail Lending<\/strong> in FIs. Exposure to housing finance will be preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in <strong>Tamil<\/strong> (read, write &amp; speak) besides <strong>English<\/strong> is must.
