Scouts &amp; Guides Quota For Group &#8216;C&#8217; post:<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Candidates should be completed <strong>Matriculation<\/strong> or it&#8217;s equivalent with <strong>ITI<\/strong> in relevant trade (Recognised by <strong>SCVT \/ NCVT<\/strong>) and for other posts: <strong>12th<\/strong> or it&#8217;s equivalent with 50% marks in aggregate. The compulsion of 50% marks in aggregate will not be insisted upon in the case of <strong>SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen candidates<\/strong> and candidates possessing qualification higher than 12th or its equivalent.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">2. Scouts &amp; Guides Quota For Group \u2018D\u2019 post:<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Matriculation (10th) or it&#8217;s equivalent.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>President Scout \/ Guide \/ Rover \/ Ranger or Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB)<\/strong> holder in any section.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should have been an active member of a Scouts Organisation for the last 05 years. The <strong>&#8220;Certificate of activeness&#8221;<\/strong> should be in the prescribed format which will be made available on the NER&#8217;s website.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should have attended two events at <strong>National Level or All Indian Railway&#8217;s Level<\/strong> and two events at State Level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Selection Process:<\/h3>\n<p>The selection will be based on the:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Written Examination<\/li>\n<li>Certificate Verification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Written Examination:<\/strong> 60 marks: <strong>Separate Written Examinations<\/strong> shall be conducted for <strong>Group &#8216;C&#8217; and Group &#8216;D&#8217;<\/strong> posts.
