Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.<\/li>\n<li>Provide legal advice and support business units in transactions, governance and risk management, manage external legal advisers &amp; support the business to manage legal and regulatory risks<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and Governance of Contracts -Drafting and standardizing all legal documents relating to the Company including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Statement of Works, LicensingAgreements, Loan\/ Financing documents, Listing requirements and other legal documents pertaining to the Company.<\/li>\n<li>Litigation management and recovery support, facilitation and dispute resolution by recording and monitoring of all claims, disputes, notices etc. with respect to contracts, customer delinquencies and other corporate matters.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with, and represent the Company before various forums, including regulators, public authority, parent bank, etc. and creating relations of trust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Age Limit:<\/h3>\n<p>The upper age limit is <strong>55 years.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Educational Qualification:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should be completed LLM \/ LLB.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates holding a CS Degree would be preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience in Legal and \/ or Compliance function from the banking and financial services sector.
