Vacancy details of BOB Business Head Recruitment:

BOB invites online applications for the Business Head, Head & Vice President recruitment to fill 07 posts. Candidates can check the list of vacancies in the below table.

Pay Scale:

Remuneration will be offered based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience and overall suitability for the post, and shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidates.

Age Limit:

Candidates applying for the Head, Business Head and Vice President posts should have the following age limit as on 01/12/2021.

Educational Qualification:

1. Head

• Candidates should have completed MBA / Post graduate diploma or degree in Management / Banking or its equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 20 years of overall experience with at least 15 years in corporate banking, especially in sales.

2. Business Head

• Candidates should have completed a Bachelor’s degree recognized by Govt. / Govt. Bodies / UGC / AICTE or its Equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 Years experience in BFSI Sector in CV & CME Finance vertical / product line and should have 3 Years of experience at Senior / Head level position.

3. Vice President

• Candidates should have completed 4 year full time engineering / technology degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics or MCA / M.SC (IT) / M. SC (Computer Science) recognized by Govt. / Govt. Bodies / UGC / AICTE or its Equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years working experience in Bank / Financial Institution / Large size Organization in IT / IS area; of which last 5 years must be in one of the Information / Cyber Security Specialized areas.
