Global Talent Competitive Index 2014

In a Global Talent Competitive Index, compiled by INSEAD Business school, India ranked 78th globally out of 93 countries. The top 5 are Switzerland, followed by Singapore, Luxembourg, Denmark, and United States. INSEAD business school has partnered with Adecco and Human Capital Leadership Institute of Singapore (HCLI) to compile this index.

Knowlege is Wealth

• The Global Talent Competitive Index (GTCI) was launched first time in 2013.
• It is an annual benchmarking study, which measures the capability of countries to compete for talent.
• The GTCI provides a practical tool for the governments of different countries to identify the proper approach to overcome talent mismatch and remain competitive in the global marketplace.
• In 2013, India ranked 89 in GTCI.
