Dear sir,
I wish to draw your kind attention to the fact that the crossing near our locality has no traffic lights. Also there is found hardly a constable to man the crossing. A heavy traffic passes through this crossing. All this poses a danger to the residents since they face much difficulty in crossing the road lights.
Despite the best efforts of the residents to be vigilant in crossing the roads, there occurred recently an accident at this crossing. A boy of the locality was knocked down by a speeding car. God id to be thanked that he had a miraculous escape except some minor injuries.
In these circumstances, i request you that traffic lights should be installed immediately and the zebra crossing lines be painted at the appropriate places.
